The hotel is situated in a great location within a mall, right next to the railway station, yet close to the railway, still it is easy to access anywhere from the metro to street vendors and restaurants. Rooms were modern and clean, with comfortable beds, and staff provided good service. the breakfast had many options and tasted good.
Some of the staff struggled with their English, which may be a challenge for international visitors.

The hotel is conveniently located near the East Railway station and a shopping mall. The room rate is low and the hotel has modern and clean decorations. Free parking is available. The breakfast is delicious and abundant. The cleaning staff is attentive and accommodating.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located near both a subway station and a train station, making it easy to get around the city. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a nice atmosphere for the stay.
The hotel lacked amenities such as a swimming pool or gym. The elevators were quite small and slow during busy times, causing delays.

Friendly staff
The bus service to the fair wasn´t the best. The location of the bus stop was somewhat difficult to find, and I think this is hotel´s flaw not to make clear where to catch the bus. The last day of the fair, there wasn´t a bus service, which was quite inconvenient. I asked for a courier service, the hotel staff told me it was going to take like 2 hours to get one, but they failed to tell me that there was one courier office just across the street. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time and it's within walking distance of the railway station, shopping mall, and eateries. The parking is plentiful and free, making it convenient for those who drive. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were outstanding, and the breakfast was delicious with an extensive variety to choose from. Staff members were very accommodating and helpful.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Very new, clean, comfortable hotel!
Very new hotel to most of the taxi driver. No Wi-Fi in hotel room. The hot water supply is not constant, hot water will turn cold water and vice versa, easy to get cold during cold weather! Serve Chinese breakfast only.

First we have to know its 3 months old hotel which is mean we have to consider all unexpected things, However, My days at J-hotel were unexpected where I can see they are changing from day to the next day to the better, they are learning from their mistakes which I really like it "fast respond".. The hotel staffs were more than friendly they try to help you as much as they can, the rooms were so clean and tidy I still didn't get what they mean by the leaves basket under the dining table for ? however its smells goood ;) you can have WiFi adapter to connect your laptop, wheres the cable is available all the time for free and the connection its fair:) breakfast >> to honest I came days before the fair start and the breakfast was almost 90% Chinese cousins but as I mentioned before in my last days I almost see western and non Chinese cousins which I really could not see it in others Chinese hotels during my Chinese visits in the past years . Overall , I really recommend people who could ignore the distance to the downtown to stay in this hotel.:)
In my opinion, I didn't like the way of charging us on everything, such as charging you if you lost your door key cards, getting umbrellas,,,, etc the way of how they serving the breakfast, I really wanted to meet the manager, 1- breakfast cards or invitations card call it whatever you want its really unacceptable thing from many different ways 1- its not good for the hotel where if they have big numbers of guests and small area between the left and the dinning area so people jammed in the middle just to give the security lady to check the right card of the right person and the right room with the right date ,, just imagine they do this with every one need to have breakfast,, I thought I was begging for breakfast looool I hated the way of giving us a trays to hold our plates oioi are we in the army or middle school ?? if you guys don't want to clean the tables please close your hotel!!!! One last thing which really drive me crazy sometimes as you know there is only 2 lefts in the hotels and as you know I was there during the fair so the hotel crowded >> means many people will use the lefts <<< so far I'm okay but wait.. How come ??! it been used by the hotel staffs and the service more than guest all they were carrying the rubbish by the same lefts ???: <<< I got pic
